ZB-304 Double Fork Automatic Rotor Winding Machine
This machine is suitable for automatic winding of motor rotor. It adopts four-station synchronous winding structure. It consists of two sets of main servo motor of one for four type, one set of index servo motor one for four type and PLC control system. Manually put the workpiece, the slot is automatically positioned, rotors are automatically pulled into the winding position , the machine automatically winds, indexs, hooks, clamps, and exits after winding. The workpiece is manually removed, and the other set of rotors is automatically inserted into the positioning and then automatically pulled into the winding position. After completion, the machine automatically exits and manually removes the workpiece.
